Our April 2011 Girl On Top of the Month continues to support the accomplished charity I Can Too with one of the most successful Bulgarian singers-Beloslava. She is the face of Girl On Top for April and one of the most successful Bulgarian singers. She is an ambassador of the initiative I Can Too in support of children with disabilities. The socially responsible singer dedicates her concerts to the organization, takes part in social events of I Can Too, and participates in photo shoots while popularizing the initiatives of the foundation. Beloslava’s fans call her, “the lady with the velvet voice”, who never stops surprising them. The critics distinguish her as a symbol of jazz and lounge culture of the Bulgarian stage. Born into an artistic family and surrounded by an artistic environment, Beloslava oriented herself towards the art at an early age. She graduated from the Bulgarian Music Academy in the pop and jazz department with a degree in singing. Her thirst for new challenges led her to Los Angeles, where she studied and graduated “Ad photography”. After returning to Bulgaria, she decided that what influenced her most is music. She formed the band “Trip” with which she started her stage appearance in Bulgaria. The first single of the singer – “Streets” quickly captured the Bulgarian radio on air and climbed the music charts. Her second single – “Between two moons” /remix/ became a hit and was the most played song on the Bulgarian radio for 2002. The album “Streets” brought Beloslava her deserved recognition of the audience and the award for, "Artist of 2002" at the annual awards of the Bulgarian Music Television MM.

In 2003 Beloslava won the award “Singer of the year” of BG Radio.

In 2005 her second album, “Listen to me” was released. For the pilot single, carrying the same name, two videos were filmed by the popular Bulgarian photographer and supporter of I Can Too – Temelko Temelkov. The active artistic career of Beloslava includes participations in prestigious forums in Bulgaria such as: the Jazz festival in Bansko, Sofia Jazz Peak, as well the cultural forum Apolonia where just her presence turns into an event.

As a face of Girl On Top for I Can Too, Beloslava continues to popularize the ideas of the organization in the USA.
